Allow Complete status when AtScene
When "Allow Complete status when AtScene" is enabled, crew members can mark an active trip as Complete after AtScene. Crews can use this functionality when the patient refuses transport or when no patient is found. When the trip is AtScene the status options are Transporting and Complete. If this setting is not enabled, your Dispatch center will need to complete these types of trips.

If the ZOLL Online configuration cutover is not done
Go to: ZDMC > Tools > Respond server configurations > ZOLL Respond Configuration > Global > UI Settings
Allow users to set Complete status: When this configuration is enabled (default Respond setting), field users will be able to select the Complete status when the crew is At Destination or Partially Available. Because this is the default setting, you do not have to update or change the options in ZDMC. Default setting are shown below.
Settings to allow users to set Complete status only when At Scene: When checked, along with At Destination and Partially Available, the crew can now select Complete when At Scene.
Settings to disable the ability to set Complete status for all users regardless of status: This setting is the master controller! When checked, Complete will not display at any time regardless of any other setting.
Don't allow ZOLL Respond users to set status to Complete
When "Don't allow ZOLL Respond users to set status to Complete" setting is enabled, crew members will not have the ability to mark active trips as Complete. A trip can only be marked complete by a dispatcher. When enabled, this setting will override the "Allow complete status when At Scene" setting.
Don't allow ZOLL Respond users to set status to Partially Available
This configuration option controls the crew's ability to use the “Partially Available” timestamp in Respond. The setting is called "Don't allow ZOLL Respond users to set status to Partially Available" and can be found under the Client Features heading on the Company Settings page. When enabled, this timestamp will continue to be available to a RescueNet Dispatcher but will no longer available to Respond users.
Allow previous timestamps
When the "Allow Previous Timestamps" feature is enabled, crew members can set the status of an active trip back to the previous status. For example, if the trip is At Scene, the user can set it back to En Route. This feature does not work for the Complete status (it cannot go back to At Destination - open up the trip again).

What users see
If a call is dispatched without a destination facility, crews will receive the call and interact with the Respond application as normal. When the crew is At Scene and a user attempts to update the trip status to Transporting without a destination address, the user will be brought to the Drop-Off Tab and presented with the message “You must choose a destination before updating status to Transporting."
The status will not update to Transporting until the user inputs and selects a facility.
After selecting the facility, the user can now update the status of the trip to Transporting and follow the normal workflow in the Respond application.
